LEAP-EMB OBJECTIVES

• Develop leadership and emotional intelligence skills.
• Learn business management skills required to excel at the entire lifecycle of business.
• Network with expert faculty with fellow participants and learn from their experiences.
• Collaborate with LEAP-EMB participants to solve personal as well as professional challenges.
• Create a close-knit board like structure for the participants and benefit from the varied experiences of the group.
   

LEAP-EMB UNIQUENESS

• Skill Development: Engage with qualified faculty and fellow entrepreneurs on leadership, communication, and strategic management.
• Sustainable Relationships and Career Mentoring:  Special Sessions/ Meetings planned for spouses and children of participants to provide inputs on life skills, emotional intelligence, and career planning.
• Networking: Connect with like-minded leaders in a structured environment to learn personal and professional skills. Generate business by working together as a united group and by exploring the power of recommendations!
• Mentorship and Collaborative Future Planning: Receive one-on-one support from faculty and peers for personal and professional challenges. Work with faculty and participants to plan for business expansions, future challenges, and bottlenecks

PROGRAMME DATES

The program spans three months, from August 22 to December 13, 2025. Classes will be held on Fridays & Saturdays from 8:45 am to 3:45 pm at the IIM Ahmedabad campus.

Application Process

APPLICATION PROCESS

The application for the program will happen in two parts:

STEP 1: Interest form and online interaction: To register for the programme, fill in the interest form through the link given on the program page (APPLY ONLINE button)

All applications will be reviewed by the programme faculty and shortlisted candidates will be invited for an online interaction over Zoom.
 

STEP 2: Payment and Registration: Once the candidature is accepted for the program, the participant will be sent a payment-cum-registration link for making the fee payment and registration for the program.

A formal acceptance letter will be sent to the selected candidates.

Applicants are requested to make their travel plans only after receiving the acceptance letter.
