Corporate intelligence plays a critical role when organisations want to limit risk, generate insights, enter new markets, and enhance business opportunities. In the digital era, data-driven corporate intelligence has become a necessity for all organizations. In this programme we’ll focus on how to analyze data from financial statements, news sources, public databases and identify sources of risk such as misinformation, fake news, rumours, early warning signals, and fraud. Machine learning, AI, and predictive analytics can help to generate automated intelligence about growth opportunities using Big Data gathered from the organization and its environment. We also discuss how to develop competencies for generating corporate intelligence by building strong teams and undertaking successful projects that deliver maximum value to the organization.
