HEAL integrates lessons on values, self-management, emotional control, and purposeful living, drawing on both contemporary research and ancient Indian knowledge systems. At its core, the programme emphasizes mindfulness—the art of living in the present moment non-judgmentally and with full awareness—as the core way of living.

 

HEAL serves as a comprehensive guide for individuals seeking to enhance their job performance, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, stress-coping, connection to their inner selves and navigating relationships.

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES

  1. Recognize the importance of mindfulness and its practices for day-to-day living and enhancing well-being.
  2. Explore practices that reduce overthinking and fight emotional reactivity in everyday life.
  3. Learn techniques to enhance productivity and concentration levels for better holistic performance.
  4. Understand and experience different tools to manage physical and mental health amidst everyday stressors.
  5. Develop positive capacities to experience greater meaning and purposefulness at work.
  6. Build deeper self-reflection to identify key barriers and resolutions in developing positive relationships.
  7. Appreciate the relevance of Indian Wisdom traditions for developing a 'spiritual way of life'.

Shishir Arya

Shishir is the founder of HEAL Labs, an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, institute medalist from IIT Roorkee and a certified mindfulness and yoga instructor.

Over the past several years, Shishir has taught several courses pertinent to happiness, mindfulness and emotional intelligence for an audience varying from undergraduates to executives for institutions like IIM Ahmedabad, IIT Roorkee, NLU Jodhpur, IIM Bodhgaya among others. He has also worked with educators and executives in the Delhi and Bihar Government building assets and customized trainings for stress reduction, happiness etc.
