"An evidence-based managerial excellence program to reduce stress,
boost productivity and actualize your potential”
DO YOU KNOW
1. About 80 percent of the Indian workforce reports mental health issues with workplace related stress being the biggest factor affecting their mental health.
2. Indian employers are said to lose around 14 billion $ (INR 1 lakh crore) each year due to poor mental health of employees.
3. A happier employee on the other hand is 13% more productive with business units generating 23% higher profits with happier employees.
Happiness isn’t just good for the individual but also for business.
So how do we make our employees happier?
The "Happiness: Mastering HEAL for Life" programme has been meticulously designed to address the existing needs and gaps in the realm of employee well-being. This evidence-based programme has been designed to help participants by focusing on three important aspect of our lives: Health, Emotions and Authentic Living.
HEAL = HEALTH + EMOTIONS + AUTHENTIC LIVING
HEAL integrates lessons on values, self-management, emotional control, and purposeful living, drawing on both contemporary research and ancient Indian knowledge systems. At its core, the programme emphasizes mindfulness—the art of living in the present moment non-judgmentally and with full awareness—as the core way of living.
HEAL serves as a comprehensive guide for individuals seeking to enhance their job performance, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, stress-coping, connection to their inner selves and navigating relationships.

Most wellness solutions either have little scientific backing or have predominantly been tested with a western audience. HEAL has consistently proven to effectively uplift individuals on scales of Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence, Happiness, and Well-being.
2. Experiential:
While most well-being corporate programs are pre-dominantly theoretical in nature, HEAL offers an experiential deep-dive into the nature of self with long-term practices that become integral to life and living.
3. India-Centric:
Majority of wellness solutions emanate from a western context creating dissonance and lack of relatability with the Indian audience. HEAL has been designed keeping in mind the Indian context and traditions with several key themes emanating from ancient Indian wisdom.

Right from the word go, I found myself deeply attached to this course, and it was only because of your teaching. May I thank you for conducting such a great course where missing two sessions due to my sickness made me feel extremely unlucky. Many thanks Sir!” - A PGPX participant of 2018-19 batch, IIM Ahmedabad
- “We often talk about serendipity and I guess that's how I got started on this mindfulness journey. This was the first "community" activity that I was involved in, since the onset of the pandemic and I am truly grateful that I did. I cannot recall a single session when I did not come out of the same smiling/feeling happy and that's the power of this community that is being built here. I think this is one of the best investments of my time that I made in a long long time and I shall forever cherish it!” – Associate, Leading Global Financial Services Firm
