Coaching and mentoring are essential for honing leadership and business skills. Successful Indian organizations such as the Aditya Birla group, Wipro, Godrej, and many others are using coaches on a regular basis to advance behavioral as well as business skills of their leaders.
Recognizing the need for learning as well as coaching and mentoring for leaders of enterprises, the LEAP Entrepreneurs’ Mentoring Board (LEAP-EMB) offers an exceptional platform for leaders of small, medium, as well as large enterprises to connect and learn from experts, and also one another.
The program revolves around three fundamental pillars:
- Masterclass: Power-packed, weekly, experiential workshops by IIMA faculty as well as Mentor and Visiting faculty on life as well as business skills.
- Group Mentorship: Networking and mentorship provided by expert faculty and fellow board members to address personal as well as business challenges.
- Executive Board: An active professional board that works with leaders to review past performance as well as plan for future growth, while also addressing any challenges being faced by them.
LEAP-EMB will target the development of:
- Leadership skills: Learn skills to lead your organisation
- Emotional intelligence: Help leaders build sustainable relationship with their family members (spouses, children) and also at work.
- Authentic performance: Excel at strategy development, execution and achieve results
LEAP-EMB is designed to connect leaders in a trusted and confidential space, creating opportunities for business growth and personal development. Through masterclasses and board meeting sessions led by our faculty, participants will tackle various leadership and business challenges ranging from life, family, relationships, business performance and career success for self as well as next generation.

LEAP-EMB OBJECTIVES

LEAP-EMB UNIQUENESS

- Sustainable Relationships and Career Mentoring: Special Sessions/ Meetings planned for spouses and children of participants to provide inputs on life skills, emotional intelligence, and career planning.

PROGRAMME DATES
The program spans three months, from November 9, 2024, to February 8, 2025. Classes will be held on Saturdays from 8:45 am to 1pm at the IIM Ahmedabad campus.

APPLICATION PROCESS
The application for the program will happen in two parts:
STEP 1: Interest form and online interaction: To register for the programme, fill in the interest form through the link given on the program page (APPLY ONLINE button)
All applications will be reviewed by the programme faculty and shortlisted candidates will be invited for an online interaction over Zoom.
STEP 2: Payment and Registration: Once the candidature is accepted for the program, the participant will be sent a payment-cum-registration link for making the fee payment and registration for the program.
A formal acceptance letter will be sent to the selected candidates.
Applicants are requested to make their travel plans only after receiving the acceptance letter.
