The programme is designed to enable participants across disciplines and career stages to become effective case teachers and proficient case writers.
The FDP adopts a participant-centered approach and includes a mix of pedagogies such as case discussions, self-reflections, group discussions, classroom activities, presentations, and lectures facilitated by experienced faculty members of IIMA. The programme also emphasizes hands-on learning, including case development and structured mentoring support between programme visits.
The major objective of the programme is to enable faculty members across multiple disciplines and across different levels of their career to become effective case teachers and excellent case writers.
