Financial Analysis And Valuation For Legal Professionals

Legal professionals working in the areas of corporate and commercial law frequently engage with financial concepts. Their work often involves matters such as restructuring and bankruptcy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, private equity and venture capital, tort liability, contractual damage, and litigation finance, among others.

With Indian corporate activity expanding across national and global markets, this programme is designed to equip legal professionals with essential knowledge in finance and valuation. It aims to build their capability to grasp core financial principles and apply them effectively in legal areas that closely intersect with finance.

  • Develop financial and valuation acumen among lawyers to enhance their understanding of transactions and legal matters related to insolvency and bankruptcy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), alternative investment funds, banking, capital markets, contractual damages, tort liability, and related areas.
