Artificial Intelligence is no longer only a technology function; it is becoming a central force shaping strategy, competition, customer experience, operations, and organizational transformation. For senior leaders, the key challenge is not merely to understand how AI models work, but to identify where AI can create value, how it can reshape business models, and how organizations can responsibly adopt AI at scale.
This programme is designed for senior management and upper middle management who wish to develop a strategic and managerial understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its implications for business. The programme will also introduce the fundamentals of AI to help the participants have a comprehensive understanding of the topic. The programme will focus on how AI, analytics, generative AI, AI agents, and intelligent systems can be leveraged to redesign organizations, enhance customer experience, transform operations, improve decision-making, and build long-term competitive advantage.
The programme will take a practice-oriented and discussion-based approach, using business cases, examples, demonstrations, hands-on exercises and managerial frameworks. Participants are not expected to have a programming background. The emphasis will be on business applications, strategic decision-making, organizational readiness, governance, and leadership in the AI era.

2. Fundamentals of AI for Business Leaders: A managerial overview of machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, AI agents, intelligent systems, and analytics-driven decision-making.
3. Reimagining Business Models in the AI Era: How AI changes products, services, platforms, ecosystems, pricing, personalization, and competitive positioning.
4. AI for Operations and Customer Experience: Use of AI for productivity and efficiency, personalization, service quality, customer support, recommendation systems, and experience design.
5. Analytics, AI Agents, and Intelligent Decision Systems: Leveraging AI for decision support, automation, resource allocation, operational excellence, and managerial productivity.
6. Governance, Risk, and Responsible AI: Understanding AI risks, bias, explainability, privacy, accountability, compliance, and governance mechanisms.

The programme will be targeted towards participants and organizations that are looking to build expertise in data science and intend to utilize machine learning tools for their data analysis needs. The cohort will be a mix of middle and senior-level participants with at least a bachelors degree. The bachelors or higher degree should have provided sufficient exposure to the participants on mathematics and computing.
