Digital transformation has become a defining priority for organisations across industries. However, research indicates that nearly 84% of digital transformation initiatives fail to achieve their stated goals, despite significant investments in technology, infrastructure and resources. In many cases, organisations focus heavily on technology deployment while underestimating the role of strategic, organisational and human dimensions of transformation.
