Psychology of Strategic Leadership: Young Women Programme

Strategic leadership plays a significant role in organisational success. Psychology of strategic leadership focuses on leading organizations and teams using principles of neuroscience and psychology. The difference between successful and unsuccessful leaders is rooted in their emotional strength, cognition, and personality style. There are elements of psychological principles that interact with situation differently for men and women. Consequently, there is variation in the way these principles operate for men and women. In addition, women also face challenges that are unique to them. The programme thus aims to build skills, knowledge, attitudes, and habits of young women to succeed in leadership roles with strategic mindset.

The main objective of the programme is to enable young women to engage in innovative and high-level performance in their strategic roles in organisations and emerge as dynamic leaders.
